Accessibility: Hotel strives to meet needs

O’Reilly Hospitality Management LLC and DoubleTree by Hilton take accessibility seriously and focus on providing our guests the tools and availability to ensure comfort and security to all guests with special needs.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience our temporary resurfacing and restriping caused, and we meet or exceed all parking requirements for our guests with special needs. We have recently resurfaced our lot to repair all cracks and flatwork, clearly mark all accessible parking, and ensure guest safety and proper accessibility to all of our entrances.

Our hotels focus on ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements including the purchase of new tub seats and in-room accessibility kits. Providing ongoing team training utilizing the latest Hilton ADA-provided training courses is standard.

The team at the DoubleTree in Springfield takes special-needs guests’ requirements seriously and continues to focus on those efforts daily.
